I entered the answer to the security question and I am sure it's the correct one. However, I keep getting that the answer is wrong, What should I do?

  In order to reset your security question, you will need to proceed and contact our customer support at https://support.peopleperhour.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. We should need to verify your account first.
