"Application has been rejected"

Hi PeoplePerHour,
I'm Asjad Waseeq and i'm facing this issue for couple of days even i've made changes in my profile but didn't found any success, can you please help me out through this? The rejection message is quoted below. Thanks.

"Your application has been rejected for a third time. Please contact our support team so that you can apply the necessary changes and start selling on PeoplePerHour."

  One more thing to add, after receiving an email from PPH that they've accepted my profile there's still this error. Waiting for your kind response.
