Payment haven't arrived more than 2 working days on paypal

the payment has submitted on my account and my money on pph become zero two days ago,

but no money arrived to my paypal account

what's the problem ? can you help me ?

  To begin with I would like to inform you that in general withdrawals are processed everyday Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays. If you request your withdrawal before 12pm (UK time) on a working day it is typically processed that same day.

  If you request your withdrawal after 12pm (UK time) on a working day, or on a non-working day, then it will be processed on the next working day.

  Kristal this is simply not correct.

  If you request your withdrawal before 12pm (UK time) on a working day it is typically processed that same day.

  Since May you have not done this and stated covid as being the issue.

  Hello Adam,

  Normally we process withdrawals in one working day, however due to the pandemic there’s a queue of requests to be handled and this leads to delays, we are sorry for this matter.

  Hi Kristal,

  Thank you for answering, but I have request withdrawal at (6 Nov 2020at 15:53:05) , till now no money transfer to my PayPal account, and my transaction here is still pending, so I don't know where is the problem !
