The Algorithm Doesn't Seem To Be Working

Has anyone noticed any strange things going on with PPH? I have been here for 8 years and have seen my fair share of changes but something is not right. I have noticed sellers in leader boards being ranked one in the writing category and then being ranked 2nd in the business category. I have also seen other instances of this.

Along with this, if I search for one of my offers using a certain term then it comes in around 7th place in the results grid but people in front of me either have no sales and no rating or they have fewer sales and a lower rating. 

The entire site seems messed up to be honest. As I said, I have been here for 8 years, I have been a top cert seller for many years and once I entered it around 4-5 years ago I never left it. Now my rating is dropping, sales have dropped and that is through no fault of my own. My offers and prices have remained unchanged for two years. So, the only thing I can put that down to is the way that PPH display search results and after doing the search myself, it is the only conclusion I can come up with.
