My application for registration got rejected

I'm Jamal Abdul Nasir, a professional 3D animator with more than three years experience in this field. I have done bachelors in computer animations. You may also check my work at the portfolio which I uploaded to my profile. Even though I applied only once at People Per Hour, but soon after applying my application got rejected. Now whenever I sign in it gives an error " Your application has been rejected for a third time. Please contact our support team so that you can apply the necessary changes and start selling on PeoplePerHour".
