How to get approved my second offer

Hello!. I am trying to post my second offer from the Last couple of months. But, yet I can't get rid of this popping up red notice.I tried in several ways. But didn't work those. But I have complied the asked description requirements also. I can not find out the issue. So please help me to sort out this issue. Below I have mentioned the inserted description also.
