Raise invoice in case my PayPal account is pending

Hello 

I cant raise an invoice from my work stream because my PayPal account is under reviewing , i need to know how long will take reviewing my PayPal account ,also what if i finish my work and buyer ask me to deliver the work and my PayPal still pending , how i can get paid in this case
