Live chat support

I remember have live chat support some months ago, now is gone. I'm so mad, because this work website has very huge fees and they don't do nothing as simple CHAT SUPPORT, a client want to accept my proposal but the website didn't allow him, impossible talk to anyone, I live in Mexico so i can't talk via phone. Its not fair because the price of this website don't have a good client attention.
