Payment withdrawal still not processed

I have made a withdrawal for one of my paid invoices on 07/11/20 but I still haven't received it in my bank account after 2 working days.
The payment method details for my bank card is correct and was updated long before I made the invoice was paid on 06/11/20.
Could you please urgently advise when I can expect to receive the payment and what additional information I need to provide if anything.
