its rejected the third time my application but I don't know how to resolve it, I would like to to know to resolve it, kindly tell me

  HI, Sir 

  Because of  rejection of my application I got frustrated and  I tried to delete my account but it did not happen please tell me the solution how to fix this or you fix my account as soon as possible because I want to sell here I hope you understand my feelings.
