    Why you have read this thread Haris why not respond to others? Have you considered asking established freelancers to respond on the community-boards? I have started to try and help with people with payment concerns. Too many threads are ignored by your team or you just send a standard link to send an email (which like the payment one crystal sent the other day to a user was incorrect).

    Why not ask for freelancers to help respond to people queries give them a badge and say that they authorised to comment i.e on simpler items that don't really need to engage with support.

    Payments, for example, all been read by your team no one responds in the thread. All people want on the platform is communication and there is none.
