Withdrawal rejected with reason Return of original statement entry #243447. PAYOUT RETURNED: Other 99need clear purpose

Hello,

I was doing a withdrawal of funds from my PPH account, It got approved and then after 15 days, I saw statement that it got rejected with error Return of original statement entry #243447. PAYOUT RETURNED: Other 99need clear purpose. 

You have deducted 2 GBP as withdrawal fee as well. May I know reason for return, and where do I need to specify purpose?

  Reply I got from PPH was 'Bank has rejected same, please contact your bank for further assistance.'/
