My account stopped

My account is restricted after 3 months and now it is demanding an extra charge for another three months.

But when I was opened my account, you did not inform me about this deal. I don't know about this qualifying period of time.

I haven't enough money to re-open my account. So, what can I do?

I want to get back my account. Please suggest to me.
