I was not sure that there was a probation period in people per hour

Hi,

I am on people per hour as I don't have much work but I see I have to pay a huge amount to be on live and moreover I was not aware that there was probation in people per hour else I would have been more active. Is there any chance I get another 3 months to be live so I can find work more actively. I am having a good experience a dthis is my first time being a freelancer. I cannot afford to pay at this time to be online . Please, provide me an opportuity so I can more proactively apply and find work.
