i have been rejected for a third time

my name surya and i have been rejected for a third time and i didn't understand what the reason for rejecting so please make sure let me know the problem for my rejecting i was spent so much time to create my application but it's useless what is the reason for this issue and please consider this issue and rectify the problem.
