I am charged twice to get featured my offer

Hi there,

with the reference support ticket #955153 I am here to make an request.. I featured my account on 25th of November for seven days ($17.95 has been charged) and also never checked for auto renewal because I wanted to do it manually. But after just 3 days on 28th of November my credit card has been charged again for $17.95. (I also attached screenshot there) but I get reply just once and here I am requesting again that kindly refund my second amount because if I featured on 25th my end date should be 1st of December. Also I want just one week of featured offer.. Don't wanna repeat it. Kidnly solve my issue and refund my 17.95.
