Obtaining Required Feedback in Specific Timeframe
Hello
I'm new to PPH and have to receive a minimum of 4* feedback on 2 projects by mid January otherwise, I assume, I will be 'struck off'.
I have bid for numerous projects, some I haven't won but many have not been awarded at all and have expired. The majority of projects for which I am selected by PPH are irrelevant and have no bearing in relation to my skillset. In short, I am not going to achieve this target by the required date.
I understand from PPH's perspective they have to have active freelancers and non-active freelancers should not be allowed to continue to trade.
However I feel the uncertainty surrounding COVID has affected decisions to proceed with projects or, indeed, the ability to proceed with projects at all as funding streams previously available have been allocated to COVID-specific projects.
Furthermore, with current employment levels there is increased competition as others join the site as freelancers; inevitably this decreases the likelihood of winning projects.
Finally, there is the forthcoming downtime during Christmas where nothing will happen at all!
Given these factors, I believe PPH should be a little more flexible with their policies so please advise whether I will be 'struck off' in January despite being an active freelancer.
Regards
Skye Godfrey
