Unclear Fees

I have searched for clear information on your fees without success.

The job is quoted at £35.00 for one hour. The first session has billed to my card £38.72, the second one £39.10. In both cases, I can download an invoice for the net amount of £35.00 but nowhere can I find an invoice for the full amount billed. How am I supposed to book the full cost without a corresponding invoice?
