Hi,

The buyer bought my offer but during the discussion of the project it tured out that I will not be able to complete the job in such deadlines. We haven't even started the project, but of course I need to give the money in Escrow back to the buyer. How can I do this?

  The option to refund can be found by the buyer at the bottom of their WorkStream.
