I have added my payment method 2 times but both the time it got rejected. I don't know the exact reason. Though the documents are valid and uploaded 2 times by me. 

Also I want to know why you are deducting $30 when I am trying to transfer funds from my PPH account to my bank account? 

Is it the first time fees or I need to pay every time when I transfer the funds from PPH to my bank account?  Can you please give brief explanation about it ?
