I have a client who would like a refund of his money in escrow as they don't need the project done any more. How can I issue this refund. I can't see any option on my workstream.

I guess this won't lead to negative feedback for me by PPH as the refund has nothing to do with my work for the client. The project is just not needed any more.

  The option to refund can be found at the bottom of the WorkStream from the buyers side
