Hi, my application as a freelancer got rejected more than once. I can't see any option to submit it again. Can you look into it please?

  Hi Team,

  Why my application is getting rejected, i am unable to guess the reason behind the rejection, team please mention the rejected reason. Hope I can correct and resubmit.
