How to re-submit application?

Hello there,

My Application got rejected. Maybe because I use an Illustrated photo as a profile picture by mistake. I changed my profile picture. Now how can I re-submit my application? I can't find any option for that. Can you accept my application now? or is there anything I should do to getting approval?
