Bank Account Details

Hi, 

I have been attempting to verify my bank account but I noticed that they require a bank statement including my name, address and BIC. Unfortunately my bank account is brand new and therefore I am unable to get a statement since it doesn't have any funds yet. Is it possible to get a letter from the bank with my account details instead of a statement? How do I go about this, in this situation?
