Hello sir/madam

kindly help me,

I don't understand , why my application got rejected.

I filled all my info and followed all the steps then why application got rejected,

please ,if there is anything else , which I didn't fill then please let me know .

I will surely follow all the rules. or 

if I filled all the info and there is nothing else to fill then please give me a approval.
