Tax deducted from invoice in error

Hi. My client has paid my invoice, but the amount credited to my account is incorrect. It should be £20 (£25 less 20% PPH fee) but I have only been credited with £19. I have a company number but it is not registered for VAT (as the turnover is below the threshold). As far as I can see, my settings are correct.

The invoice number is

invoice 3117004-1
