Application Rejected

Hi,

I submitted my profile only once. The next time when I opened my profile on PPH, it's showing that my application has been rejected 3 times.

I have submitted only once then why it's showing that it is rejected 3 times. Pls, help me to resolve the issue so that I can start my business.
