application has been rejected third time

I am Anil Idalkante,i have been submitted application. But i became to know that my application has been rejected third time. I can't understand why it's happens, all the process i had done correctly as i know..After that Why my application has been rejected..I want to know the reason..Help me to find where i have done mistake...
