Profile Rejected-Solution required

Hi There, I create my account here and submitted my application as a new seller but I got the message that my application is rejected for third time. Can I know the reason why my application is rejected so that I can fix it and start my work as a seller on this platform?

As per my understanding I have also change the title and field, but couldn't find any option for re-submission.
