Can't raise invoices

Hi, I am a part-time freelancer. Recently I have completed a project. Client is happy with my work and tells me to raise invoice.
When trying to raise invoice, it says tax details/billing info not completed. I do not have a Company Registration Number. How can I raise invoices?
Please help.

  Same thing is happening to me! Did you solve it? The PPH team won't give any answers or solutions.
