Any Reason of Rejection?

I have submitted the application , but in response i got an email of rejection. But I don't understand the reason which is mentioned in the email that due to so many freelancers are registered with the same skills already that's why application is rejected. Is this fair? How much time I have to wait for the increasing of demand of my skills, than the team of People Per Hour will approved my application?
