Downloading invoice for initial payment

I've made an initial payment as a deposit for my project, which i guess is currently being held in Escrow.

The money has come out of my bank account but there's no invoice for the payment showing on my account and my accounts dept. are asking for one.

Any advice?

Hello Steven,

You can download invoices by going to your profile picture on the top right corner once you are logged in, then choosing Payments and then Transactions.

No, what that downloads is a list of transactions into an excel doc, with no branding, nothing to say it's a PPH invoice, no project number or description. It's completely useless. Is that really the only thing i can download?

Since the money is still in escrow and the invoice has not been released to the freelancer yet that invoice is not available, please do contact our support team for further assistance as mentioned above.
