Worksheet blocked

Hi community my name is Oupa Mabunda. I was invited by Freelancer on PeoplePerHour. She sent me a screenshot showing peopleperhour how to boost cert by inviting outside clients. I was just about to send Sandile a model for her to work on and then I realized I was blocked. This is very frustrating because I have already payed a portion of the job amount. I don’t understand how me or The freelancer  might have violated your terms of service because the information on that screenshot is very clear, invite outside clients, work at a 0% fee and freelancer gets an opportunity to get payed on your platform. Please give me clarity on this and if it not possible for me and the freelancer to continue with the project then can you please refund me my deposit. Thank you
