    I contacted customer support and I have submitted the ID that I was requested to provide, yet nobody has contacted me to confirm.
    No body has contacted me to confirm whether my security code has been reset, so I can access my account.

    I have therefore not been able to access my account to get my refund of £150.00.

    Please note if I do not get a response, I shall cancell the payment, and my account with PPH.
