security question - accessing my payments

In order to reset your security question, you will need to proceed and contact our customer support at https://support.peopleperhour.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. We will need to verify your account first.

I contacted customer support and I have submitted the ID that I was requested to provide, yet nobody has contacted me to confirm.
No body has contacted me to confirm whether my security code has been reset, so I can access my account.I have therefore not been able to access my account to get my refund of £150.00.
Please note if I do not get a response, I shall cancell the payment, and my account with PPH.
