All open offers canceled when trial period ends, even after paying the fee!!!!
AnsweredJust as an feedback to PeoplePerHour personnel.
It's really, really, really an ass move to cancel automatically all offers I have made during the trial period AND send a message to all those who the offers were made that the offer has been canceled and my tiral period has ended.
I really like being stabbed in the back. It surely grows trust and confidence in me when potential buyers get messages like this.
And all this after first offering to extend my trial period for a payment. If I had known that all offers were canceled and I was labeled as an amateur (trial ended) I absolutely would not have paid anything. Would it really be a huge trouble to send a like an email about trial ending and all offers going to be canceled? Really.
Unfortunately I made the error of paying for three months, so will try to get the money back by earning it from new offers as all the previous ones are lost. If I hadn't made the error of paying in a trust that don't need to build anything again, I absolutely would walk away and never ever even look at this site. But will never, ever in a million years recommend this site to anyone I know, quite the opposite.

Hi Ari,
I am sorry that you feel that way.
The truth is that there is work to be done to improve the experience for freelancers in their first 3-month period in our website, so your suggestion is a great one to consider.
I hope that you'll change your mind during the following months and that you'll stick with us.
Kind regards,
Haris
