Hi

Its very frustrating that I am still waiting for my to be transferred into my card. I got a message that my refund has been approved and processed - where is this balance sitting? Back to my credit card or where exactly? Your customer support is useless .

  dear bank transfer get some days to process it. but if you have paypal or paynoeer  account within a day you can get your balance. 

   

  settings-> payments-> withdraw accounts-> it has your bank accounts. 

   

  and you can also can change your currency
