Profile not approved

Why my profile is not approving.
Your application has been rejected for a third time. Please contact our support team so that you can apply the necessary changes and start selling on PeoplePerHour.

Even I received an email from your side that (Congrats! After carefully reviewing your profile, our Team has accepted the changes you made to your profile.)

But when I see my freelancer dashboard, butt still message is showing that your profile is not approved.
