seller application not approved why?

Hi PPH Support team,

I submitted my profile some time ago and it was not approved. It shows that - ""

Dear RH,

Your application has been rejected for the third time. Please contact our support team so that you can apply the necessary changes and start selling on PeoplePerHour.""

What can I do to improve/fix my profile so that I can send proposals for work?
