Need help to approve my freelancer profile

Hello PeoplePerHour Team,

Arth here, I am writing this post regarding help required from your end to approve my freelancer profile. After getting first rejection, I have resubmitted my profile on 18th of December. I received an email on the 21st of December that 'your profile has been accepted'. However, it is still showing this message "Your application has been rejected for a third time. Please contact our support team so that you can apply the necessary changes and start selling on PeoplePerHour." and I am not able to send a proposal.  

Moreover, I have also contacted PeoplePerHour Support team through email twice. Unfortunately, I didn't get any response from the team. I am still waiting to hear from the team. 

Also, I had made changes to my profile still nothing worked out. I really want to start providing my services on PeoplePerHour. Kindly help me to approve my profile so that I can start sending proposals as soon as possible.      

I am looking forward from the team for further guidance. Appreciate your quick response.
