This was a totally failed project after many attempts to get this person to understand what was required, who at the outset claimed to be totally conversant with what was required. Nothing could be further from the truth as it was like dealing with a child. I want to be absolutely sure no funds have been taken as I have rejected the invoice.

Please confirm ASAP?
