Claim I have not responded to buyer's Direct Message
AnsweredYou have just mailed me through your "no-reply@peopleperhour.com" (which is REALLY helpful? ) demanding that I respond to a message from buyer Shishir Khadka on Project 3135810 within 24 hours of your mail, or my ranking will be reduced for the next two weeks.
If you check your records, you will see Khadka mailed me wanting help "to build the spreadsheet further" and asking for "a Video call to go through the Project".
I am sure you can agree It is totally impractical to expect anyone to submit a bid when you have not been given even a general idea of what was needed, how much data was involved, or how quickly it was needed,
So I messaged him, saying it was a pleasure hearing from him, and asked when it would be convenient to chat - AND YOU BLOCKED IT, mailing me it had "Failed to pass your Moderation review".
But if you look at the Workstream you will find a DID actually get a message through at 01:42 this morning asking when he wants to chat.
I have had no response to date. so am still NOT in a position to use a Bid to quote for something I have no idea about?
Perhaps in future you will use a Mailbox that we CAN reply to, so things can be clarified?
This is a very disappointing sage from your side, and the weakening of direct support compared to when I started on here many years ago is, frankly, disappointing.
