Designer asked to do work... turns out they just copied someones online and sold it to me

Hi there, hope all is safe and well.

Had some design work done last week, looked good for what I requested so I paid the invoice.

By chance I just came across the same design online on google!! 

They have just copied the design off google and sold it to me!

Anyone know what my options?
