Trying to make payments with PPH is like trying to suck Blood from a stone!

Dear PPH community,

Can someone help me as it is very very difficult to find or get any support from PPH!

I am trying to make payments on their page and it just says "declined" instantly using card or paypal. I have friends on PPH and they have said they've experienced the same.

We all don't know how to get past this hurdle and its really unfortunate its so difficult to get any help from the PPH 'team'. 

Any help would be much appreciated!
