Money on account.. help!

Hallo to all!
I am pretty new here.. and i created my account yesterday to find a person to help me out.
I created the account..
Post the project..
Found a person..
Talk to him about all that is to be done..
And we reach to the point were i have to put money on my account so that after he is done he will be paid for it!
I need to now how do i put money to my account.. ?
