Withdrawals

I am relatively new to PPH and I went to withdraw £25 from my account. It said I sent a request to withdraw and that itll be reviewed but my money just vanished from my account nor do i see my paypal or my card which I used, go up by 25. Can someone help me on this or can I at least get in touch with someone from customer support? Thank you
