Identification Document

Dear Support Team,

It is stated that, I can not with draw my money from account as PPH requires identification document. But at time of account creation I did not use the name that is on my ID card and bank statement. Changing my name know may cause a loss in customers. Kindly look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible, so I can withdraw my money.
