unfair feedback and profile suspension

Hi Team PPH

Hope you guys are well. 

I have had a project from Jack, which I completed and requested for payment, he declined and upon resubmitting of invoice it was auto clear after specified period, 

I have asked my client to tell me about mistake / area to be rectified in submitted project, he did not respond that and left 1 star rating to my profile, which caused suspension of freelance activity. 

please have a look into the matter and remove the feedback from my profile and resume my freelance activities
