Hi

I did an online chat with your support team about withdrawing my money from Escrow. The girl was so helpful.

I can't see the Chat option now, and I see people are posting saying there should be a Chat. Where do I find what I was on. I need urgent help.

  Hello, i deposited $5 for a design but now the freelance designer can't generate an Invoice for the same. She is getting a prompt to generate an Invoice for $10 instead and yet we agreed on $5. I did deposit yhe $5 and it was accepted before work started. I need help with this issue!

  I think $10 would be the minimum PPH will allow.  Don't forget they take a cut out of it - it's not worth their while to have people submitting invoices for $5
