My application is rejected 3rd time while i applied first time.

When I login into account this message is shown...............

Your application has been rejected for a third time. Please contact our support team so that you can apply the necessary changes and start selling on PeoplePerHour.

 

while I applied only the first time...........

Kindly help me what is happen...........
