PROJECT INVITATIONS WAITING

I received an invitation so I want to reply by sending a proposal but I have 0 credit. I tried to send it but it can't be sent. Is there a way to tell the buyer that I cannot reply to his invitation because I have 0 credit? And is there another option besides buying a credit? Thanks
